With my teachings, I will offer what I hope will best support, guide and nourish you in your practice. In exchange, you are invited to give an offering of dana that reflects the support, guidance and nourishment you feel you have received.

There is a suggested dana for each class, course or workshop, but please know that this is only a suggestion. If you are experiencing financial hardship, you are welcome to attend for less; likewise, if you have more financial means and the teachings have offered you something of value, you are welcome to offer more. I deeply appreciate your support, which allows me to continue offering these classes each week.

Registration and Zoom: After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS if you do not receive the link. To get on Zoom you simply need to download Zoom desktop client or mobile app. Once you have launched the Zoom app, click Join a Meeting and enter the link for the class.
Recordings: Recordings of each class are available after the class ends. You will receive an email within 72 hours after the finish of the class with a link and password.
Safety: Remember that these practices are generally suited to all, but it is up to you as an individual to assess whether you are ready for the class that you have chosen. If you suffer from a specific injury or are managing a condition please remember that it is up to you whether or not a practice is right for you.
