Live-stream Zoom Classes & Courses
I am offering live-stream classes and courses on Zoom as a way to support you in your home practice. I will also be continuing to offer these classes for the foreseeable future. Please register below by clicking on the link for each class or course you wish to attend. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDERS if you do not receive the link. To get on Zoom you simply need to download Zoom desktop client or mobile app. Once you have launched the Zoom app, click Join a Meeting and enter the link for the class. Safety: Remember that these practices are generally suited to all, but it is up to you as an individual to assess whether you are ready for the class that you have chosen. If you suffer from a specific injury or are managing a condition please remember that it is up to you whether or not a practice is right for you.

A suggested donation per class is £5 or £10 (or between £25 - 50 per month depending on how many classes you'd like to take per week), but please know that this is only a suggestion. If you have been furloughed or are unemployed, I am happy to offer these classes to you freely. For courses, suggested dana is given on each course description page.
