Daoist Flow
Daoist flow explores the interconnectedness of yoga, qigong, somatics and natural movement with the underlining intention to touch in on our natural compassion and inner joy. It begins from the idea that everything is part of the whole, a belief found within both Yoga and Daoist traditions. From this starting point of interconnectedness, our practices will align us with this sense of wholeness. This opens us to discover our full potential and inherent wisdom, fluidity and ease within ourselves.

Teacher training:
Together with Jean Hall, I have co-created the Daoist Flow Yoga teacher training, which is based upon the understanding that we learn best from our personal experience. An emphasis on the experiential and exploratory aspects of practice help students develop a felt understanding (somatic) and embodied knowledge of yoga, energy and meditation practices as well as the principles underlying them. Our next intake begins in May 2021; click. here to read more.
