Our external world of information, stimulation, and distraction often overrides our felt sense, leaving little space to attend to the subtle internal landscape. This daylong retreat explores the dynamic relationship between these inner and outer domains of experience — a foundational practice in the Buddha’s teachings, where attending to phenomena internally and externally is a core instruction of mindfulness. Through this lens, we’ll discover how attuning to the interplay of mind, body, and world deepens insight into the nature of reality and nourishes inner freedom.
