'In 15 years of different qigong styles these are easily some of the most powerful and unusual practices I have ever done. Really great course!' – Steve Garick
'This practice suits my body and mind more than other practices I have tried. I love the depth and sense of inner and outer connection it creates. It's body-mind-universe poetry brought to life!' – Amanda Lebus
'This course quickly became the highlight of my week!' – Taz Aliabadi-Oglesby
'Since completing Season One, I have been doing the sequences regularly and beginning to feel the benefits: more suppleness, calm, energy and what it takes to face the times we’re living in'. – Julia Binfield
'I now do these practices 5-6 times every week, and I learn or notice something new almost every time ….because it was such an amazing variety and amount of riches to practice and think about. Recently, I had a wonderful affirmation of some of the good that I’m deriving when I went for an annual ‘maintenance’ treatment with my chiropractor. For the first time, she commented that I really didn’t need anything particular for my thoracic spine since it’s unusually flexible and healthy. She and I both understood that it’s thanks to my recent practices of these forms.' – Tricia Oliver

In exchange, you are invited to give an offering of dana that reflects the support, guidance and nourishment you feel you have received.
